Mountain Provisions Cooperative


Inspired by national forest signage and 60s modernism, I designed a visual identity for folks aiming to eliminate food scarcity in an iconic California community. The challenge was for both younger and older generations to rally behind the new entity, inspiring a “we've always been here” feeling. I created the unique logo and symbol, illustrations, social content, packaging merchandise, and brand guidelines in modernized colors grounded by classic typography, honoring the balance of new and old in the region. Since their debut, the M.P.C. tree-like symbol has proliferated across the Twin Peaks and Lake Arrowhead region—uniting the community around food justice and local pride.
